Please note that shipping times may vary.

Shipping costs also vary based on the weight of your package and the distance it has to ship. To calculate the shipping cost of your order, please add your items to your cart and head to checkout for a calculation.

All orders will be shipped either using the United States Postal Service (USPS), or the United Postal Service (UPS). When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. To track your order on the USPS website, paste your tracking number here. To track your order using the UPS website, paste your tracking number here.

Once your order is confirmed shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. If for some reason you do not receive your order, please reach out to the USPS and complete a help request form.

International Orders & Duties/Fees

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. The Cozy Tangerine will not accept returns/refunds due to the customer's inability to pay such import fees or duties. To learn more about the recent tariff changes, visit UPS.com.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your mailing address when checking out so that your package gets sent to the correct location. We send out many packages every week and aren't able to catch if you forgot to include your street address, apartment number, etc. If your package gets sent to the address you provided and ends up getting returned to us through the post office as a "Return to Sender", we will ask that you pay for shipping to the correct address. 

If your order is unable to be delivered for any reason including an invalid shipping address, we will reach out to you via the contact method/s you provided (e-mail address and/or phone number) to obtain a valid shipping address and will resend your order ASAP once we receive a valid shipping address. We ask that you respond within 7 days, otherwise, your order will be canceled and refunded (not including shipping).
