What is the meaning of 'The Cozy Tangerine'?

The Cozy Tangerine is a reflection of what the brand offers - all of the items in the shop are made personally by Jocelyn herself who loves to cuddle up with her fuzzy blankets, her giant cup of coffee and crochet for hours on end. The 'cozy' clearly speaks for itself. The 'tangerine' reflects a variety of things, the first being Jocelyn's love for food (especially fruit, like tangerines). Jocelyn has been vegan for over three years and has grown to appreciate the beautiful and nourishing plants this world has to offer us. 

What kind of yarn do you use?

The only type of yarn used in these products is cruelty-free yarn. At The Cozy Tangerine, we believe that beautiful things can be made without causing the unnecessary suffering of others. This means none of our products are made with wool, silk, or other types of animal fibers. We mostly work with cotton and acrylic yarn! All of our items are vegan-friendly.

Why recycled shipping and packaging materials?

Decreasing our environmental footprint is extremely important to us, which is why we you may receive your package in a reused Amazon bubble mailer or see other packaging materials (like tissue paper, ribbon, twine, etc.) in your package. If you receive your order in a new package, they are 100% compostable mailers (made from corn and plant starch materials) from the brand KTOB. Please see the image below for more information on these mailers, including how to properly dispose of them. (If you can, please reuse the mailers before disposing!)

How long does shipping take?

We’ve been BLOWN away by your support these past few months! We’re getting new orders every day. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed.

All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail, which means that you can expect your delivery 1-3 business days after it has shipped.

*Please note that USPS shipping will likely take longer due to COVID-19.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders $75 and over receive free shipping!

When will I receive my tracking information?

When your order has been mailed, you will automatically receive an email with your USPS tracking number which you can use to track your order.

Can I return an item or get a refund?

Unfortunately at this time we do not accept returns or refunds. If for some reason you receive your order and something is broken or missing, please reach out to us and we can figure out an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, or a replacement based on the situation.
