We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds at this time. Please choose wisely when placing your order!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of receiving a broken or defective item, we can give you a refund or send you a new replacement for that product, at no extra cost.
Please contact us via email at thecozytangerine@gmail.com or use our contact form stating your order number, the item that is broken or defective, along with any relevant photos. Please also state if you would like a refund, or if you would like a replacement. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
