The Cozy Tangerine is a reflection of what the brand offers - all of the crochet pieces in the shop are made by Jocelyn who loves to cuddle up with her fuzzy blankets, her giant cup of coffee and crochet for hours on end. The 'cozy' clearly speaks for itself. The 'tangerine' reflects Jocelyn's love for food and one of her favorite colors.

None of our products are made with wool, silk, or other types of animal fibers. We mostly work with cotton and acrylic yarn! All of our items are vegan-friendly.

Decreasing our environmental footprint is extremely important to us, which is why you may receive your package in a reused Amazon bubble mailer or see other packaging materials (like tissue paper, ribbon, twine, etc.) in your package. If you receive your order in a new package, they are either 100% compostable mailers (made from corn and plant starch materials) from the brand KTOB, or they are "Imperfect" mailers from Magical Mailers- meaning they are fully usable mailers with minor imperfections (slightly misaligned prints, mailers that arrived less than 3.15 mil thick, etc.) that would have otherwise been discarded. If you can, please reuse any and all packaging materials before disposing!

All orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail, which means that you can expect your delivery 1-3 business days after it has shipped.

All orders $100 and over are eligible for free US shipping. No coupon code is required!

When your order has been mailed, you will automatically receive an email with your USPS tracking number which you can use to track your order. (Make sure to check your spam/junk and "promotions" folders!) Please read our shipping policy here.

At this time we do not accept returns or refunds. If for some reason you receive your order and something is broken or missing, please reach out to us and we can figure out an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, or a replacement based on the situation.
