As a small business owner, I had to learn the hard way which items are the best items to invest in and which ones are a waste of money - and I don't want you to go through that, so I've compiled a list of my favorite Amazon must-haves! Everything I've listed here is tried and true.

If you sell scrunchies or bracelets, this wooden display is so cute for showing off your product! It's great quality and comes in a variety of colors.

white polyester tablecloth

If you attend any in-person events as a vendor like craft fairs or farmer's markets, this table-cloth is great - and it's such a great price too.

for shipping and packaging

earring cards

For all my earring makers - this is such a good price for the quantity!! I love these because I can easily stamp my logo on here with ink OR put my branded stickers on them. Crop the corners with a corner rounder to give them a clean, professional look.

scrunchie tags

These are one of the BEST things I've bought for my small business because they make my scrunchies look so professional and cute. If you create thicker scrunchies, you'll definitely need to use a stapler, but I think that's easier than using double-sided tape anyways.

6x10 100% biodegradable bubble mailers

It took me a long time to find eco-friendly bubble mailers that didn't cost a fortune - and these have been my go-to ever since. 

4x8 100% biodegradable bubble mailers

The same mailers as above, but a bit smaller. These are great for shipping small orders like reusable cotton rounds, scrunchies, etc.

brown kraft paper bags

Depending on what you sell and how you package your orders, these brown Kraft paper bags could be SUPER useful for your small business! I love using these to add my business cards and little freebies to my packages (like stickers, scrunchies, etc.) but they're also great for smaller items like keychains, earrings, etc.

If you take away anything from this list, this is my #1 favorite investment I've made so far as a small business owner. Before I purchased this shipping label printer, I was spending so much money (and time) printing shipping labels on my computer and ink printer. This saves me so. much. time. 1000% recommend this to anyone who's looking to streamline their shipping process.

These are the best compatible shipping labels for the Brother Thermal Shipping Label Printer! I even found a super cute TikTok which shows how you can use every last inch of these to avoid waste.

If you're not a fiber artist, then this one may not interest you. But if you are a fiber artist, then Amazon is the cheapest place I've found this yarn! I love to use this yarn for reusable iced coffee cozies. 

red heart scrubby cotton yarn

This yarn has such a unique texture and is perfect for creating kitchen and bath items. My favorite thing to make with this is dish scrubbies!

alize cotton gold yarn

(This one's my little secret) I did a lot of research on what type of yarn is best for swimwear (since I didn't want to create a bikini top that would just stay sopping wet after one dip in the ocean) and I found this yarn. Lemme tell ya, this stuff is amazing. It's super lightweight and dries quickly after getting wet. The best part is, you can throw it in the washing machine and the dryer!

faux fur pompom balls

I don't use real fur for my pom pom beanies, so these are the perfect faux fur alternative! 

for the office

desk edge protectors

As someone who pretty much sits at a desk all day, my forearms and wrists began to kill from the sharp edges of my desk. I found these foam bumper guards that stick right to the edge of my desk and they've been a lifesaver.

how to win friends & influence people

Okay, one of my bosses recommended this book to me and it's actually insane how helpful it's been. As a small business owner, we've gotta deal with people - and this book teaches you how to be your best, most successful self when it comes to your professional (and personal!) life. This one's a must-read for anyone, not just small biz owners!

For recording videos of packaging orders, behind-the-scenes, my crochet projects & more, this ring light is awesome. It has a built-in, rotating iPhone holder and 3 different light hues. I love this because it's not as bulky as a standard tripod!
